TLC301 Technique was Faux Tile. This card didn't take long at all to make and I love how it turned out! it doesn't show up, but I used a glitter pen on the outline.
Recipe:
- Stamps: Unkown Background Stamp, PTI stamps for sentimetn & outline
- Ink: Stampin' Up! Marina Mist
- Cardstock: Stampin" Up! Marina Mist, PTI white
- Accessories: Brads, Sakura Clear Glitter Pen, White Ribbon
