This is a card that I made when I was still living in South Carolina. It was for a Teapot Tuesday challenge recipient and was definitely a Quick and Easy card!
The clouds were created with a scallop circle punch and sponging.
Recipe:
Stamp: Need for Speed (Stampin' Up!)
Ink: Archival Black, Blue
Paper: Georgia Pacific white, unknown brand silver, Stampin' Up! blue (not sure of the color name, sorry!)
Accessories: star embossing folder
